Senior Global Sourcing Coordinator | 6-months Contract

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Global Sourcing Coordinator on a 6-month contract who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and knows how to keep multiple projects moving across teams and suppliers.
What you’ll be doing:
Own and drive retail sourcing projects from start to finish
Work directly with overseas suppliers to get quotes, timelines, and samples moving
Build accurate landed costs including freight, duties, and tariffs
Provide timely quotes and updates to the Sales team
Keep projects on track, on budget, and on schedule
Manage daily coordination between Sales, suppliers, and logistics
Maintain trackers, documentation, and reports
What we’re looking for:
Strong project management skills. You know how to juggle priorities
Experience working with suppliers and sourcing or production workflows
Confidence in calculating landed costs and managing budgets
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
Comfortable working under pressure with shifting priorities
A problem-solver who takes ownership
