- The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of plastic ware inventory, ensuring stock levels are up to date, and assisting in the efficient operation of the warehouse. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Inventory Management: Track incoming and outgoing plastic ware products, ensuring all stock is accurately logged and categorized.
- Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels and work with the purchasing team to order new stock when necessary, preventing overstocking or stockouts.
- Receiving and Inspections: Check incoming shipments of plastic ware for accuracy, quality, and damage, and ensure they match purchase orders.
- Organization: Maintain organized shelving and storage areas for plastic products, ensuring easy access and efficient retrieval.
- Record Keeping: Update inventory records in the company’s database or inventory management system regularly, ensuring data accuracy.
- Inventory Audits: Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and report discrepancies.
- -With valid original barangay and police clearance
- -Good with customer service is an edge
- -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- -All gender are welcome
- -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- -18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
