- The Sari-Sari Store Helper is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store, including customer service, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness. The role requires honesty, attentiveness, and good communication skills to ensure smooth store operation.
- Customer Service
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.
- Provide friendly and efficient service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely.
- Cash Handling
- Operate the cash register or handle manual transactions.
- Give the correct change and record sales properly.
- Ensure cash and sales records balance at the end of the day.
- Stock Management
- Arrange and replenish stocks on shelves.
- Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items.
- Inform the store owner about low stock levels.
- Must be at least high school graduate
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- Good with customer service is an edge
- With or without experience
- Full time workers only
- Willing to work on shifting hours
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
