- We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable butcher to join our team.
- The butcher will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and processing various meats to meet customer and business needs while ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in meat cutting, knowledge of different cuts, and excellent customer service skills.
- Cut, trim, debone, and portion meat according to specifications.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
- Weigh, package, label, and display meat products.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels; order supplies as needed.
- Provide recommendations to customers on meat cuts, cooking methods, and storage.
- Operate meat-cutting equipment such as slicers, grinders, and bandsaws safely.
- Ensure meat products are fresh and of high quality.
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
