With our own homegrown brand, we supply retail giants nationwide — and we're looking for a results-driven Key Account Officer to strengthen our presence in Gen-trade Account, including Retail Store
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Negotiation
- Lead sales negotiations and promotional planning with buyers or merchandising teams of assigned modern trade accounts
- Secure and implement trade agreements, marketing activities, and sell-in deals
Sales Operations & Performance
- Drive and manage the overall sales performance of assigned accounts
- Monitor sales targets, forecast demand, and coordinate stock replenishment
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, merchandising) to ensure order fulfillment and timely execution
Team & Store Support
- Manage, train, and support Sales Associates / Sales Coordinators assigned to store locations
- Monitor and enforce planogram implementation , merchandising compliance, and promotional execution in-store
- Conduct regular store visits and market checks to ensure visibility and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in Key Accounts, Modern Trade, FMCG, or Retail
Strong background in sales, negotiation, and account management
Experience handling major retail accounts (e.g., SM) is an advantage
Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data analysis
Results-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills
Willing to be assigned in Mindanao area
