Key Account Representative

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing financial advice, addressing inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Loan Processing and Evaluation : Assess loan applications, verify client documents, and conduct credit analyses to determine eligibility and risk.
- Portfolio Monitoring : Monitor client accounts, ensure timely payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize delinquencies.
- Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze financial data, assess creditworthiness, and make sound decisions.
- Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve issues.
