Key Account Representative

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and grow revenue.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in account management or sales is preferred.
