HIRING: Senior HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and people-focused Senior HR Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team in Angeles City, Pampanga.

In this role, you'll take the lead in sourcing and screening qualified candidates, conducting initial interviews, mentoring our Talent Acquisition Associate, and helping improve our recruitment processes. Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and initial recruitment activities for various positions
• Source qualified candidates through Facebook, LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean Search, and other recruitment platforms
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies based on the requirements of each role
• Review resumes, applications, and candidate profiles to identify qualified applicants
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure qualified candidates are continuously available for current and future hiring needs

Candidate Screening & Assessment

• Conduct initial interviews and candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall suitability
• Use structured screening questions and assessments to determine candidate fit
• Provide clear and accurate candidate evaluations and recruitment notes
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure candidates receive proper communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Endorse qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring managers or next stage of the recruitment process

Team Support & Mentorship

• Mentor and provide guidance to the Talent Acquisition Associate and other junior recruitment team members
• Assist junior recruiters with sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and recruitment best practices
• Review recruitment activities and provide feedback to help improve team performance
• Share effective sourcing techniques and strategies with the recruitment team

Recruitment Process Improvement

• Review existing recruitment workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Create, update, and maintain recruitment templates, screening guides, interview questions, and process documentation
• Help improve the efficiency and consistency of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate endorsement processes
• Monitor recruitment metrics, sourcing activity, and hiring progress
• Recommend practical improvements based on recruitment data, candidate feedback, and team performance
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment , preferably in VA, outsourcing, BPO, staffing, or similar industries
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition
• Proficient in Facebook, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
• Experience conducting initial interviews, candidate screening, and assessments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior recruiters
• Experience creating, improving, and maintaining recruitment processes and documentation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM tools such as Recooty, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms
• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
• Experience working with recruitment metrics, sourcing targets, and hiring KPIs
• Previous experience supporting or mentoring a recruitment team

Compensation

• ₱30,000–₱35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
• Night Shift Differential
• 13th Month Pay
• SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
  

Work Setup

• 100% Onsite – Angeles City, Pampanga
• Monday to Friday
• Mid Shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Manila Time)
