KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to hotel reservations and accommodations Assist customers with room bookings, reservation changes, cancellations, and availability inquiries Provide accurate information regarding room rates, hotel policies, amenities, and accommodation options Process reservations efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering an excellent customer experience Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in the system Escalate complex reservation or accommodation concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate Good English communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities Interest in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage Willing to work onsite in Davao City Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
