- Leads the store front liners in delivering high standard quality product and excellent customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Assist Restaurant Manager or OIC in Kitchen Management, ensure Food Safety, BOH training, scheduling, positioning and Inventory Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- College Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business course
- Work experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Good math and reporting skills
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent verbal and oral communication and team management abilities
- Willing to work during holidays and weekends
