We are hiring a detail-obsessed, highly reliable Virtual Procurement Admin who can support daily operations, ensure accuracy, and keep execution on track. This role is for someone who:- Takes ownership without being chased

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Research, evaluate, and coordinate with potential vendors and suppliers
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, pricing, and discounts)
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and cost-saving opportunities
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive and cost-effective deals
- Prepare and analyze cost and procurement reports
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm, adjust, or resolve order concerns
- Coordinate with warehouse or internal teams to ensure items arrive in good condition

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or a similar role is an advantage
- Proficient in Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas and data handling)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with good documentation and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks, analyze information, and resolve issues effectively
- Team-oriented with strong coordination and listening skills
- Practical, logical, and goal-driven in approach
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stable internet connection (minimum 50-100 Mbps) Laptop/PC with at least:- 8GB RAM
- Intel i5 (or equivalent) or higher
- 256GB storage or higher
- 8GB unified memory or higher
- Apple M1 chip or newer (or Intel i5 and above)
- 256GB SSD or more
WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP:
- Employment Type: Contractual
- Contract Term: 6 months (renewable based on performance and business needs)
- Work Setup: Remote
- 5 working days per week with 2 rest days
- 8 working hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break
- Schedule may vary depending on business needs
- Must have own laptop and a reliable internet connection
