RCM – Healthcare Account | ALLDIGI TECH
ALLDIGI TECH is currently looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with healthcare support experience who are looking to grow their careers in the BPO and healthcare industry.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in any of the following RCM key steps:
- Patient Scheduling & Registration
- Insurance Verification
- Charge Capture
- Medical Coding
- Claim Submission
- Payment Posting
- Denial Management
- Patient Billing & Collections
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Willing to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and process healthcare-related accounts and patient information accurately
- Perform tasks related to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations
- Verify insurance eligibility and patient details
- Handle claims processing, payment posting, and billing concerns
- Review denied or rejected claims and coordinate resolutions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and company standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity targets
- Provide professional support to clients and internal teams
Salary Offer:
- ₱25,000 up to ₱33,000 monthly salary package
