Warehouse & Logistics Executive (Import & Customs Clearance)

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and arrange dispatch.
- Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation.
Import & Customs Clearance
- Handle end-to-end import process, including shipment coordination.
- Prepare and verify import documentation (invoice, packing list, BL and etc.).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers.
- Coordinate customs clearance and ensure timely release of goods.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues.
Logistics Coordination
- Arrange transportation and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with HQ and internal teams on shipment timelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or project sites.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and customs requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit purposes.
- Support cost control and tracking of logistics expenses.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations and import/customs clearance.
- Good knowledge of customs procedures and import regulations.
- Experience working with freight forwarders and shipping documentation.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
