Growth Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing + Product Compliance)

Abyssian is a premium haircare brand sold at Sephora, creating longevity hair and scalp care products for modern lifestyles.

We are a small, entrepreneurial team, so this role works closely with the founders and sits at the intersection of business performance, product launches, and product science.

We are looking for a sharp, analytical marketer who enjoys understanding why sales go up or down, building systems instead of repeating tasks, and isn't intimidated by technical documents, ingredient lists, or lab reports.

What You'll Do
Retail, Sales & Business Support (40%)

• Prepare sales reports and business reviews for retailers and distributors
• Identify trends and explain performance drivers
• Create product listings, price lists, and line sheets for new retailers and markets
• Review partner websites for compliance with product information and image guidelines
• Coordinate brand assets and campaign requirements with retail partners
  

Product Compliance & Regulatory (30%)

(Workload comes in waves as we enter new markets.)

• Compile and verify product information files and regulatory dossiers with laboratories
• Check INCI lists, claims, labels, and certificates against market requirements
• Follow up with labs and suppliers for test reports and documentation
  

Performance Marketing & Growth (30%)

• Build and optimize email and automation flows in Brevo (welcome, launch, replenishment, win-back, etc.)
• Analyze campaign performance across paid social, email, and promotional activities
• Conduct A/B tests and clearly report what worked and why
• Monitor website performance, conversion rates, product pages, and merchandising
• Recommend improvements based on data
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline recurring work and build scalable workflows

Requirements

• Based in the Philippines with stable high speed internet, a laptop and a remote-ready work station.
• Major in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science background
• Minor or Experience in Marketing

Strong business or marketing graduates with an outstanding quantitative background will also be considered.

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Ai automation experience or interest
• ecom: Shopify, Brevo, Klaviyo, Meta business suite, etc...

• Cosmetics, FMCG, food, or pharmaceutical industry experience
• QA, R&D, or regulatory experience

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: PHP 30,000-35,000/month (depending on experience)
