Job Description:
A Performance Marketing Manager develops, executes, and optimizes data-driven digital campaigns (paid search, social, display, affiliate) to acquire customers, maximize ROI, and drive business growth, focusing heavily on analytics, A/B testing, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable KPIs like CPA and conversion rates. They use tools like Google Analytics and manage campaigns across platforms like Google & Meta, reporting insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Qualification and requirements:
- Ideally 2 or 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience in SEO speciality for consulting business and ecommerce company
- Experience with paid ads for lead generation
