Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building customer relationships, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company's products or services to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Manage social media content and assist with promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with the team to improve marketing strategies and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and promotional events, if required.
