We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to elevate our overall brand presence and boost sales performance across our e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will execute integrated marketing campaigns while managing our live commerce operations and influencer partnerships for top consumer electronics brands, including Xiaomi, POCO, and Tylex . You will manage live stream operations, source and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and execute promotional strategies designed to maximize store traffic and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute promotional marketing strategies and platform-wide campaigns tailored for major online shopping channels (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Oversee end-to-end live streaming operations, including scheduling, briefing, and managing live streamers, coordinating featured products, and monitoring broadcast sales performance.
- Identify, source, and build relationships with relevant tech, lifestyle, and consumer electronics KOLs and content creators to expand brand reach and drive affiliate sales.
- Collaborate with internal creative and multimedia teams to guide the creation of marketing collateral, promotional banners, and campaign-specific content.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign outcomes, live stream metrics, and KOL performance to ensure strong return on investment (ROI).
- Stay informed on market trends in the consumer electronics space, platform feature updates, and competitor activities to spot new promotional opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or e-commerce campaign management—preferably within consumer electronics or retail.
- Solid understanding of major e-commerce platforms and social commerce ecosystems (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Direct experience in sourcing KOLs, managing influencer contracts, and directing live stream hosts.
- Ability to evaluate marketing campaign metrics, sales data, and engagement rates to refine marketing strategies.
