Marketing Specialist

1. Supervise the daily operations and performance of the Marketing Team members.
2. Delegate tasks and monitor the completion of marketing projects and assignments.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
4. Ensure the team complies with company policies, branding standards, and marketing procedures.
5. Coordinate and facilitate collaboration among the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
6. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, consultations, and concerns through social media, email, chat, and other online communication channels.
7. Provide accurate information regarding the company's products and services.
8. Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
9. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely responses and effective communication.
10. Review all marketing materials, including social media posts, captions, advertisements, promotional content, and campaign proposals prepared by the Marketing Team.
11. Ensure all marketing content is accurate, aligned with the company's branding, and meets quality standards.
12. Submit all marketing posts, captions, promotional materials, and campaign proposals to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)for review and approval prior to publication or implementation.
13. Ensure that no marketing content or campaign is released without the CEO's approval.
14. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
