- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including social media and websites.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns focused on Employer Branding in the Philippines.
- Oversee and create content for TikTok account, ensuring alignment with brand voice and engagement strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Assist in managing social media and digital marketing efforts beyond TikTok, including content creation and community engagement.
- Ensure all marketing materials and branding initiatives are consistent with company guidelines.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in Marketing, Communication, Time Management, Social Media, Copywriting, and using Canva.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop marketing strategies, manage social media accounts, create content, and assist in offline marketing initiatives.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, team player, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Work Location: Work From Home / Amenable to report at THE SHOPS 36TH ST. CORNER 7TH AVENUE, GRAND CENTRAL PARK GLOBAL CITY FORT BONIFACIO, TAGUIG CITY, FOURTH DISTRICT, NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION (NCR), 1630 from time to time for reporting and presentation.
