Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Associate with proven experience in sales or customer service , preferably within the wood products industry (e.g., modular cabinets, plywood, veneers, and related materials). The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and negotiation skills , be detail-oriented , and capable of working independently with minimal supervision .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, identifying potential opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business Administration , or any related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles , preferably in the construction or wood products sector .
Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing strategy execution .
- Strong ability in customer relationship management and negotiation .
- Excellent oral and written communication skills .
Personal Attributes:
- Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of performing well with minimal supervision .
