HR Officer/HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure labor law compliance
- Lead HR process improvement and digitization initiatives
- Supervise and implement HR systems (payroll, 201 files, attendance, performance evaluation)
- Implement and manage an HR Requests Ticketing Tool with defined SLAs
- Design and monitor performance management and KPI frameworks
- Lead and develop the HR team and ensure system adoption across the company
- Provide HR analytics and reports for management decision-making

- HR process standardization and digitization
- Payroll, attendance, and HRIS implementation
- HR Requests Ticketing System setup and optimization
- Performance evaluation and KPI tracking rollout
