HR Officer/HR Generalist

- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance management processes and facilitate employee development programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources,
- 3–5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Willing to work in Intramuros
