Implementation & Customer Success Executive- SaaS

Job Summary

The Implementation executive at Kerem IT Solutions will work closely with new customers to support on boarding, implementation, and adoption of OpulentNX solutions. This is a customer-facing, functional consulting role that involves understanding client business processes, configuring ERP solutions, delivering product training, and ensuring smooth go-live.

The role requires close collaboration with internal support and product and development teams to resolve issues and enable long-term customer success. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: configuration, testing, UAT support, go live, and post-go-live support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during on boarding and implementation.
• Conduct on boarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and functional training for client users (virtual and/or on-site as required).
• Log and track customer issues using internal ticketing systems and follow defined escalation processes.
• Manage multiple implementation projects in parallel.

Required Skills 

• Good understanding of Finance & Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Project workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.
