Job Requirements: - Must be a college graduate of any business or management related course
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- With good verbal and written communication skills
- With excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- With good organization skills
- Willing to travel to meet with suppliers
- Able to work minimal supervision
- Willing to work Monday - Saturday
- Willing to be assigned in Bacolod City
Location: Osquare Bldg, Lacson St. Brgy Mandalagan , Bacolod city
Responsibilities:
- Look for suppliers and process purchase request of head office and refilling plants (if any)
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate for better prices.
- Track orders, follow up with suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure that orders received are accurate and in good condition.
- Coordinate with admin or the one assigned in monitoring of stocks like office supplies, pantry supplies, merchandise, raffle prizes etc. to ensure timely ordering of such item.
- Keep accurate records of purchases made
- Properly file all purchase orders.
- Submit reports required by management
- Perform any other task as required by the management.
