Human Resource Recruiter

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
2. Work Experience: Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resource management. Fresh graduates may be considered. 3. Recruitment Skills: Knowledge of recruitment processes, including job posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, conducting initial interviews, and candidate evaluation. 4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with applicants, employees, and department heads. 5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good working relationships with applicants, employees, and hiring managers. 6. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple job vacancies, maintain recruitment records, and prioritize tasks to meet hiring deadlines. 7. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as online recruitment platforms and job portals. 8. Attention to Detail: Ability to verify applicant information, maintain accurate recruitment records, and ensure the completeness of employment documents. 9. Confidentiality: Must maintain the confidentiality of applicant information, employee records, and other sensitive company information. 10. Time Management: Ability to work under pressure, meet recruitment targets, and complete assigned tasks within established deadlines. 11. Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with department heads and other concerned personnel regarding manpower requirements, applicant qualifications, and hiring decisions. 12. Professional Attitude: Must be responsible, proactive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and improve continuously.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mass recruitment or hiring for technical, construction, or industrial positions is an advantage. - Knowledge of labor laws and company recruitment policies is preferred. - Ability to source qualified applicants through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Willingness to conduct applicant interviews and assist in recruitment activities as required.Vacancy posted 4 days ago
