Commercial Excellence and SI&A Manager, PH & ID

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Commercial Excellence and SI&A Manager for Philippines and Indonesia to lead commercial operations, drive analytics adoption, and translate market intelligence into actionable business insights. The role combines strategic partnership with commercial leaders, business intelligence development, and sales force effectiveness governance across two markets.
Responsibilities
- Own Commercial Excellence agenda for Indonesia and Philippines, translating strategy into roadmap and execution plan
- Develop and maintain executive-ready Power BI dashboards integrating sales, CRM, customer, and market data
- Design sales force deployment, territory alignment, segmentation and targeting strategies based on business potential
- Establish data governance standards, quality controls, and distributor partnerships for clean, reliable data
- Lead cross-functional teams to progress analytics from descriptive to diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive use cases
Requirements
- Experience leading commercial excellence, sales operations, or business intelligence functions
- Demonstrated expertise in business analytics, Power BI dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of sales force effectiveness, territory management, and incentive design
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and translate complex analysis for non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM systems, data governance, and master data management
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial operations preferred
