REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Must be proficient in English and Tagalog.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment compliance is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Source Mandarin-speaking candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, Mandarin language proficiency, and overall suitability for the role.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, update the applicant tracking system (ATS), and prepare recruitment reports to monitor hiring progress.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and guiding applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.
