Description - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Engage with customers to take orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate knowledge about coffee and related products to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in training new staff on preparation techniques and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and consistency in beverage preparation
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
