1.Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and other beverage equipment properly.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality of beverages served to customers.
2.Greet customers warmly and take beverage orders efficiently
- Recommend drinks or menu items when requested by customers.
- Serve beverages promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, referring issues to the supervisor when needed.
3.Customer Service
- Inventory and Stock Management
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Assist in stock requests, receiving, and proper storage of items.
- Avoid wastage and report any shortages or damages immediately.
4.Cleanliness and Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and beverage preparation area.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and working surfaces regularly.
- Follow proper hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
