LOCATED AT MANDALUYONG/ ORTIGAS/ MEGAMALL
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as pastries and snacks.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and equipment.
- Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation by following established recipes and techniques.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required, but previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Fast learner and ability to work smartly in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Commitment to providing quality customer service and maintaining high standards.
- Working Conditions: Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
