Description - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area.
- Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong coffee knowledge and familiarity with brewing techniques
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in latte art
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency
- Qualities and Traits: Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
