CSR - Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections for global customer accounts and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on overdue accounts.
• Resolve billing or payment concerns and negotiate payment arrangements when needed.
• Maintain accurate collection records and provide account updates.
• Meet collection targets while delivering excellent customer service.

• At least 1 year of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Experience handling global/international accounts is required.
• Background in banking and finance is preferred, but candidates from other industries with relevant collections experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting collection targets.
