CSR - Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collections for global customer accounts and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
- Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on overdue accounts.
- Resolve billing or payment concerns and negotiate payment arrangements when needed.
- Maintain accurate collection records and provide account updates.
- Meet collection targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
- Experience handling global/international accounts is required.
- Background in banking and finance is preferred, but candidates from other industries with relevant collections experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting collection targets.
