CSR Voice/ Non-Voice Agent - Fixed-Weekends-Off

Who are we looking for? We’re in search of experienced Online Assistants to join our growing Hotel Reservation Team. If you have strong written communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in chat or email support, this is your opportunity to grow your career in a professional and supportive environment. What will you be doing?

• Assisting customers via chat and email with hotel bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and inquiries
• Providing accurate and timely information about room availability, pricing, and hotel policies
• Ensuring each interaction meets our high customer service standards
• Updating customer records and reservation details in the internal system
• Following internal guidelines to maintain quality and compliance

Do you qualify? You do if you have:

• Completed High School (K–12 or Old Curriculum)
• At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience
• Excellent written English communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and a service-oriented mindset
• Solid computer and typing skills
• The ability to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday (Weekends Off!)
