Description - Provide excellent customer service through voice and non-voice communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle diverse customer interactions effectively.
