Job Description
We are hiring Call Center Agents in Makati City for multiple BPO partners.
This opportunity is open to:
- SHS Graduates
HS Graduates (Old Curriculum)
- College Undergraduates / Fresh Graduates
- With or without BPO experience
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- At least HS/SHS Graduate
- Good to average English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
