Our company is looking for a Operations Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all check ins, check outs and cleanings are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest taking into account cost;
  • Set up partnerships with providers and suppliers of cleaning and maintenance;
  • Maintain up-to date information on arrivals, departures and apartment conditions;
  • Assist the Operations manager with day to day operations and quality control;
  • Routinely following up with the maintenance team on any repairs needed during the time between check-outs and check -ins;
  • Communicate offline and online with guests;
  • Help to train staff and have the opportunity to manage freelance staff;
  • Onboard properties and keep the back end information up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability;
  • Candidate must posses a Bachelor’s/College Degree;
  • Fluent in writing and speaking in English and Arabic;
  • High organizational skills;
  • Fluency in written and oral english;
  • Strong analytical skills, identify gaps/opportunities;
  • Must have a degree in Communications, or any other related course;
  • Self-starter and independent;
  • Interested in pop culture and social media trends;
  • Strong attention to detail: must be able to spot typographical, grammatical, and punctuation errors quickly;
  • Entrepreneurial, flexible, self-driven, self-motivated, proactive – a hustler;
  • Honest and trustworthy;
  • Works well alone and with a team;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
