Retail Sales Assistant

Description - Assist customers in product selection and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance customer shopping experience.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register accurately.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to take initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to customer service.
