Jr. IT Project Manager

The Junior IT Project Manager will independently coordinate and execute tasks for the successful completion of IT projects, ensuring effective cross-functional integration and management of multiple disciplines. This role involves overseeing small projects or larger tasks within a larger project and ensuring alignment with project specifications and goals.

• Supervise various tasks to ensure timely completion of IT projects.
• Act as the liaison between project owners and the project team, ensuring smooth communication.
• Communicate regulatory standards and project requirements to the team.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring alignment with the project owner’s specifications.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Meet with project owners to set and refine project goals and standards.
• Foster an open environment for team members to provide input on project execution.
• Stay updated on project management trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Coordinate the completion of projects according to the owner’s specifications.
• Build and manage a proficient team to adapt to changing circumstances and needs.
• Plan, execute, supervise, and close out assigned projects.
• Ensure the well-being of the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Suggest strategies to meet project goals efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience working on at least 2 Small to Medium IT software development projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology or familiarity with Kanban/Scrum frameworks.
• Willingness to be mentored by a Senior Project Manager.
• Strong problem-solving abilities within IT software projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in UN Ave, Metro Manila, with the option of 1 day/week work-from-home (WFH).
