Project Manager/Supervisor

- Plan, execute, and close project initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate SCRUM meetings and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are implemented and followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of project management experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Project Management, SCRUM, Agile Methodologies
- Skills and Competencies: Strong Communication Skills and Stakeholder Management
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Risk Management
- Qualities and Traits: Demonstrated Leadership and Budgeting capabilities
