Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving business growth, and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role .
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
