Your role will involve listening to the customer's concern, identifying the possible cause, and guiding them through clear, step-by-step troubleshooting solutions. You don't need to know everything on Day 1. Training and onboarding will help you understand the products, systems, troubleshooting processes, and support procedures required for the role.
