We are looking for Customer Service Representatives / Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Davao City. This position is open to fresh graduates and first-time job seekers, with training provided to help you succeed in the role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will communicate with customers, address their questions and concerns, provide accurate information, and deliver a professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries. Listen to customers and understand their needs or concerns. Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Update and maintain customer information in the system. Document customer interactions when required. Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards. Meet assigned performance and quality standards. Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers. Qualifications Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply. No previous call center experience required. Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer skills and familiarity with common computer applications. Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays when required. Willing to undergo company-provided training. Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills. Customer-oriented and able to work well with a team.
