Job Requirements
Graduate of four (4) year business course
-Preferably major in Accounting / Financial and its equivalent
-Preferably with 1 year work experience in billing related work
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
-Proficient in encoding and typing work
- Has keen attention to details and computation
Responsibilities
- Receives documents and prepares billing Projects accounts
- Attend to billing requirements and dispatching of invoices
- Provides updates on the reports
- Coordinates billing issues / concerns with other Divisions
- Collates and dispatches billings
- Files billing copies
