Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our customer service team. This position is ideal for applicants who want to start a career in the BPO industry. Previous call center experience is not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Explain products, services, policies, and procedures clearly
- Handle customer concerns while maintaining service quality
- Accurately record customer information and interactions
- Coordinate with other departments when necessary
- Follow established processes and performance standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- No previous call center experience required
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
- Adaptable, dependable, and willing to learn
Training and Development:
Successful applicants will receive training to help them develop the knowledge and skills needed to perform the role effectively.
