Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. No BPO or call center experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. If you have strong communication skills and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Follow company procedures and maintain quality service standards.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate.
- No call center or BPO experience required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer service mindset.
