Client Profile: Established 14 years ago, this shared services company provides inquiry and decision-support tools and operates as a division of a London-based multinational information solutions provider. Position: Sales Supervisor Industry: Shared Service Location: Commonwealth Ave. Quezon City Salary: Php60,000-Php70,000 Schedule: Flexible working hours Work Set up: Hybrid Set Up (2-3x per week RTO) Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree holder At least 4 years of sales experience At least 3–5 years of outbound sales experience End-to-end B2B sales experience is an advantage Available to start as soon as possible Job Responsibilities: Support and drive sales targets by optimizing strategies and motivating the team. Execute sales campaigns, set goals, forecast quotas, and manage the pipeline. Lead by example through active selling, including cold calling. Coach, develop, and monitor Sales Executives to ensure strong performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement action plans and drive revenue growth.
