Position: Sales Supervisor

Location: Commonwealth Ave. Quezon City
Salary: Php60,000-Php70,000
Schedule: Flexible working hours
Work Set up: Hybrid Set Up (2-3x per week RTO)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 4 years of sales experience
- At least 3–5 years of outbound sales experience
- End-to-end B2B sales experience is an advantage
- Available to start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and drive sales targets by optimizing strategies and motivating the team.
- Execute sales campaigns, set goals, forecast quotas, and manage the pipeline.
- Lead by example through active selling, including cold calling.
- Coach, develop, and monitor Sales Executives to ensure strong performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement action plans and drive revenue growth.
