Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any related field.
- At least 2 year of experience in Sales Team Lead.
- Experience working in a Distributor Company is an advantage.
- Amendable to attend face to face interview.
- Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to track team and individual performance.
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to help team members improve their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement sales plans and techniques to drive revenue.
- Assist with daily operations, customer escalations, and assigning sales territories.
