Responsibilities
- Install and update software: Install new software and update existing software
- Maintain hardware: Service and maintain hardware, such as printers and projectors
- Run networks: Monitor and maintain computer networks
- Troubleshoot: Find and fix faults in hardware and software
- Train users: Provide training on how to use hardware and software
- Document issues: Record issues and solutions, and update online databases
- Set up new equipment: Set up new equipment and upgrade existing systems
