- Performs daily backup of ASYST Server and SAP Business One.
- Supports All offices (Pasay & Tanza) Users as well as employees under temporary work-from-home arrangement regarding all IT-related requirements.
- Monitors on a regular basis SSL VPN connectivity between Pasay Office-Tanza Office network main line.
- Supports Users in SAP Business One error database.
- Conducts annual Preventive Maintenance for all desktop workstations and server and to submit Accomplishment Report upon completion.
- Conducts price comparison and supplier check for new IT equipment requirement prior to actual purchase.
- Coordinates with Telco Partner regarding any problem encountered with the internet.
- Coordinates with IT Suppliers for license and contract renewal.
- Creates Email address for newly hired employee and deletes Email address of separated employee.
- Develops the Company website, makes regular updates and proposes improvements to make it more user friendly.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network and hardware problems.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and solutions.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: at least 5 years of experience in IT technical support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in System Administration, IT Infrastructure, IT Asset Management, Windows Server, System Monitoring, System Analysis, Server and Database Operations, SAP Business One, and Troubleshooting.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with potential on-call hours for emergencies.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.
